I just love fall mornings. Crisp, clean, you can just smell the Earth getting ready for a long sleep. Some mornings, you can even taste the coming winter in the air. Fall and winter are a time of rest, of resetting one's life, and getting a grip with your place in the world. Animals are getting ready to hibernate, storing food, readying their dens, packing on extra pounds for the cold days to come. Our bodies know too that winter means longer nights, less activity, more sleep. A lot of us experience lower moods in the winter as well; and it's no wonder with less sunlight hitting our eyes and skin. To combat winter blues, brighten moods, and keep our bodies and minds active, I've created a list of must have tea to keep in your cupboards this season.
Why I love this blend:
This delightful blend of spices wakes me right up in the morning. The mix of black tea, cinnamon, cloves, and orange peel is so invigorating, I feel like I can tackle the world. When I have places to be, this chai blend is coming with.

Why I love this tea:
When I need a Zen moment, this is my go-to tea blend. With a green tea base, it gives me the energy to keep moving. The addition of peppermint and lemon balm help me breathe deep and reset my energy. When I'm stressed (and who isn't these days), I reach into the cupboard to pull out this balanced and refreshing tea.

Why I love this tea:
Just what the name says, get to sleep, stay asleep. Passionflower is the main ingredient here, and I just love the way it soothes me to sleep. I rest peacefully, feeling fully refreshed the next day. Without that groggy or drugged feeling, this tea does what other sleep aides only dream of.

What I love about this tea:
Who doesn't love black tea? Caffeine, hints of orange... It just hits the tongue in just the right way. With the addition of cinnamon and orange peel, this tea tastes like a spiced dessert. I love drinking this coffee when I'm on the go. It's the perfect sipping tea for a long walk through the trees, a day in front of the fireplace, or even a day at the office.

What I love about this blend:
This tea is like drinking summer in a cup. Every sip takes me back to lazy days on a swing, strolling through the mountains, and playing fetch with my dogs, the kids' laughter in the background. Filled with berries, apples, lemon, and hibiscus, I love to enjoy this tea hot or iced (even in winter!).
