Let's talk about headaches!
There are many causes, and reaching for an over the counter is only too easy. So let's look at some causes and ways to alleviate the headache symptom.
Indigestion often leads to headaches. Pay attention to your body before, during, and after meals.
This is a good practice to get into no matter what the circumstance. Eating well and healthy is always a good choice.
So, what to do? Try some catnip or mint tea! Both can ease indigestion as well as soothe a headache.
Inactivity can also cause headaches! Circulations slows down and can lead to pain.

Headaches can be a major inconvenience, but they don't have to rule your life!
